Weekend Happenings

Friday afternoon Brandon, Daniel, Zach and I all went to Federal Way which is just outside of Seattle. We went to visit their Aunt and Uncle. Friday night when we got there their cousin Danielle was having a Halloween party and Daniel and Brandon went as Knights in shining armor and I went as a mid evil princess. I didn't dress Zach up this year cause I had trouble finding a costume that I really liked that fit him. Plus he wont remember and he is to young to enjoy it any how. Saturday Brandon, Daniel, Danielle, and I went in to Seattle. Zach stayed at the house with their aunt Deanna. We had a really good time besides the fact that it reeked of dead fish! So I don't like seafood at all. I think it is disgusting and that it smells really bad. So I didn't really enjoy the smell. Well the boys decided to get clam chowder from Ivars and eat it in the car with the windows rolled up. It smelt so bad. That evening we all went to Danielles boyfriends house for a costume party. We were there for a couple hours and then we went home. On Sunday we didn't do to much except lay around and watch some football. Zach played in his johnny jump up for about 2 hours (new record). We all sat down to eat a really good lunch and when I went to check on Zach he had passed out in his johnny jump up. He must have played himself to sleep. I know that it doesn't look that comftorable but I really think that it is because my friend Mindys son Indiana has passed out in his as well.

Johhny Jump Up

So Zachary has been in his Johhny Jump up for about 45 mins now. I think thats a record. I just plopped him in it and he is just talking away and laughing. Although the look on his face doesn't make you think he is having fun but he really is. As soon as I came over with the camera his smile faded and he gave me this look like dont you dare take me out of this mom! Hopefully he will stay in there long enough to do some more house work!!

A nice quiet evening

Tonight Daniel came over after work to spend some time with us. We rented kicking and screaming and went to Papa Murphys and got a pizza. The movie was pretty good. A funny one. The food was good. Daniel was only here for a few hours cause he has to be at work real early in the morning to do deliverys so it was a short evening.

Happy Days oh Happy Days!

So even though i posted that wonderful picture of Zach screaming his lungs out and telling you all jsut how cranky he was. Zach is really a happy baby I mean look at that beautiful smile of his. He was in such a wonderfull mood today. I love being able to be at home with him. I wish i had the ability to be a stay at home mom but to many bills not enough money you know. But i have the next week off and i am going to spend all my time with him. I'm looking forward to it and dreading the day i go back to work.

Rise and shine

So last night I wasn't so lucky. Zachary went to bed just a little to early last night. He was asleep by 9:30 and he usually doesn't go to bed until between 11:00 and 11:30. So he woke up this morning at 4:00 and ate then went back to sleep till about 8:00.

He was being a couch potato today. He was laying on my pillow and covered up in my big comforter for about 4 hours drifting in and out of sleep. When he was awake he was just laying there smiling and laughing. This stage in his life is just so much fun.

GO BEAVS.....err i mean ducks

So this picture was taken about a month ago but i just never got it from Mindy. Yes that is Oregon gear. Now for all you that dont know much on college football Oregon has 2 college football teams Oregon (ducks) and Oregon State (beavers). Now i am personally a beaver fan but my boyfriend is a duck fan. So i put him in duck gear as a one time thing! But he does look adorable.

Another good night

OK so I am just getting really lucky because now it has been 4 nights in a row that he has slept through. Im going to get used to this and then he is going to start waking up again. I can see it now.

Screaming baby

So today I had to work a 9 hour shift from 10-7. Well i ended up getting off at 6:30 because while Grandpa was watching him he decided he would scream for 2 1/2 hours and so my dad came to get me early. Well i picked him up and talked to him and he was out like a light in 2 mins. I think that he just really missed his mommy. I havnt been away from him that long so he wasnt used to it.

A mothers dream come true!

OK so for the past 3 nights my son has slept through the night! Yes i mean going to bed at about 11pm and not waking up till 7 or 8 in the morning! I think im tired because i have had to much sleep. I am really hoping that it will be another good night again and he will sleep through tonight to! This is an older picture of him sleeping but it is just so adorable that i had to put it on.

Laundry day

So today we got our new Washer and Dryer! YAH!!!! Our other one was just dumb. It leaked water occasionaly all over out floor and the spin cycle went out about a week ago so it took for ever for our clothes to dry. But now we have a brand new one!!! I was excited to do the laundry today. We also got a new computer so now i will be able to do my blog every day!

Just a normal day

Today was a pretty normal day. I worked from 8:30 to 1:30 and Zachary spent the day with Dawn. Dawn is Zachary's new babysitter since Mindy can no longer do it since Chris is now working swing shift.

This evening the three of us went to Corvallis to visit with Daniels older brother Brandon. Brandon is really good with Zach and Zach just loves him which is good (that is Brandon in the picture with Zach).
